How do we use the collected data?

We wish all of our Clients to have access to clear information regarding what exact data we collect and what is the purpose of the collection. As a legally operating company, we collect and store our Clients’ data for the purpose of providing a specific service. The data may be subject to processing in a country other than the Client’s place of residence. Each Client has access to the personal data in a manner which allows for an effective update or deletion, in the event if we are not obliged to store the data for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Shared data.

We do not share personal data with companies and organisations which are not associated with Amodeus, unless at least of the following cases apply:

Upon the Client’s consent – we share the personal data with companies, organisations and individuals not associated with the Amodeus group, if the Client granted his or her consent for that purpose. Sharing any confidential personal data shall be subject to the Client’s approval.

The data is processed by an external entity – we provide the data to associated companies, which jointly deliver the end service for the Client, or to other trusted companies or individuals which process the data for Amodeus purposes in accordance with our instructions and Privacy Policy, with the application of all the required confidentiality and data security measures.

Data security

Ensuring the security for others is an obligation, which is why we make every effort to ensure that we protect our company and our Clients’ data against unauthorised access, modification, disclosure or data destruction. When performing the services for our Clients, we place great emphasis on applying the following components:

SSL encryption – we try to ensure data encryption in most cases, whenever possible.

ISO/IEC 27002 and AQAP – for the sake of the security of our data, we apply the data security system principles based on international standards.

Conditional Access – in addition, we support the process of secure data processing by applying conditional access. We provide access only to the employees and contractors which require such access in order to provide a full service and to execute the Client’s order. Based on the confidentiality agreements, all of our Employees and Counterparties are bound by an obligation to maintain strict secrecy and confidentiality where necessary, and to hold a valid personnel security clearance. The agreements provide for a non-waivable and considerable sanctions for violating the non-disclosure provisions.

Partial and complete copying and circulating of the contents of the website without the author’s knowledge and consent shall be strictly prohibited. Legal basis: Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and derivative rights (Dz. U. [Polish Journal of Laws] of 1994, no. 24, item 83).

All materials related to the execution of services / product sales published on the website constitute commercial communication and shall not be construed as an offer within the meaning of Article 66, item 1 of the Polish Civil Code. They shall constitute an invitation to negotiations within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code. The presented data shall not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text Dz. U. [Polish Journal of Laws] of 2018, item 1000) and pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, p. 1).
